CEN is all about enabling members of the community to contribute their views, experience and knowledge, to help improve the city and neighbourhoods where we live.

CEN Message Board Rules
To post a message on CEN's message boards you will need a log in. All members of CEN can have a log in - you can register here. If you are not a member of CEN, you can log in for 28 days. We encourage you to join the network during this time.
We reserve the right not to allow messages which:
- contain swear words or other language likely to cause offence

- contain personal attacks, are potentially libellous or contain language likely to provoke or offend others
|
- are sexist, racist, homophobic, sexually explicit or otherwise abusive
|
- contain links to websites likely to cause offence
|
- break the law or encourage or condone illegal activity, including contempt of court, defamation and copyright
|
- encourage activities which might endanger the safety or well-being of others
|
- are multiple repeats of the same message (‘spam’)
|
- campaign explicitly for or against a political party or candidate
|
- are considered to be ‘off-topic’ for the particular message board
|
